Left the pratice on the 2nd of Jan as vet manhandled my poorly dog and made him touch avoidant for months. When asked to transfer history to another vet I asked for plans to be cancelled, which they were not. When I called today to ask why they hadn't been cancelled I spoke to the receptionist, they said that they have no record of a request to cancel (it is not rocket science to cancel plans when animals leave the practice for another vet even though I had asked them to). The receptionist continued to be as unhelpful as possible and when I asked for a refund for the last month, she said she would message Paul and it was out of her hands and when I asked when I would be updated about the refund she said it was "not her job" to chase Paul for refunds. Absolute cowboys, rude incompetent receptionists and poor husbandry from vets. Avoid avoid AVOID.

I have nothing but praise for the practice..from Paul down to the ladies they are all so caring and are really lovely people and most of all how they deal with the animals that they see.

Took one of my dogs yesterday, who was clearly distressed, the vet examined him, diagnosed his condition and medicated him. Today he is thankfully a lot brighter. I was very impressed with the vet at Kilverston although I still don't know her name. Some of the Receptionists could do with a bit customer service training though. But saying that, I totally recommend this practice.

Today with Paul on holiday I had to put my trust in the vet at kilversone, that was my first mistake, My 12 year old cat had a mild stroke 3 weeks ago and today took a turn for the worse, they agreed to see her , then phoned while I was on route to see if we were on our way, have they ever tried driving with a cat in a basket that is scared coz she can't stand up without falling over . When I arrived no introduction was made just " What's been going on" , I explained and the vet who I can't tell you her name as we weren't told, said " well if this was my cat I would not let her suffer or risk her collapsing and you find her dead, . Mistake number 2 I should of left then. But I didn't, she then went on to explain the process and more importantly to HER the costs involved with private cremation, or how to bury her , And not once during the saddest day did she ever show me any compassion or ask did we need a minute, "Are you leaving her here or taking her home" " and can you phone later here or in attleborough to pay , " Are you happy for me to wrap her head and she may urinate or faeces herself. And to add to our distress she didn't use all the meds so she said "I'll inject the rest straight into her heart ". I want to tell you something.. I've sat on the floor with that little girl and syringe fed her she wasn't just some stray she deserved so much more. So next time someone comes to you maybe just maybe that to YOU it's a pay cheque but for us it's a part of the family and understand not everyone is as COLD hearted as you clearly are, This review won't affect you, but if stops 1 person from encounting you then it would be worth it. If Paul's on holiday FIND ANOTHER VET DON'T GO TO KILVERSONE
