I use this pet shop a lot, and consequently have spent a lot of money over the past year. I have a rottweiler dog aged 1. Today I visited this business to buy treats and flea and tick product. As I was being served the manageress started being quite aggressive telling me no the didn't sell the product I wanted. I told her I had bought the product before at this shop, she continued to say no we don't have what you want and walked away. I persevered with the person who was serving me and finally got what I wanted. I said to the person serving me that the woman was quite aggressive. I have never encountered unpleasant staff here before, but having spent around 2,000 pounds at this store I am not spending any more money with Jollies. 1 person with attitude, no not supporting that.

I took my dog to this pet groomers for the first time. I made the booking online making sure that his history was in the booking. When I arrived I was told they could not use his own shampoo which he needs to have due to his itchy skin and I also had to mention his back leg issue. None of this was clearly read on his notes… The clip looked good however his tail was wispy which we did not want and they then tried to trim this after which just wasn’t what he wanted after seeing us. He could also not have his claws clipped which I know they said was not possible as it was stressing him out but I now have to pay and have this done separately so a reduction I believe should have been offered. Do not feel we had the best service by not adapting to the needs of my dog or listening fully on what was needed.

Grooming appointment at the Bedford store. Received 2 text reminders of the appointment but when we get there it was the groomers day off - no apology - just told that they had left a voice message on my phone - a message I did not receive nor do I have a record of a missed call. Absolutely disgusted with the service and will never use this store again

Very good experience, first time there to buy a harness , wasn’t sure on what size to get , a very helpful lady (didn’t get her name) took her time to help us to get the right size for him , helped by even trying it on. Thank you 🙂
