Cerne dealt with us twice, with our lovely cat, Choco. He acted with real professionalism and total kindness during a very upsetting time for us.

I’m so grateful to this amazing veterinary team at Scott’s . My dog was very poorly in March and needed to be admitted, which was a really worrying time. The vets, nurses, and staff were incredibly skilled, professional and compassionate, throughout. She’s now back to her old self and living her best life again - thanks to their care and expertise. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Haven't had a negative experience, have 3 cats and have had to book in quite a few emergency appointments. Scott's are always accommodating, quick to help and thorough with their assessments. Staff are very friendly and caring.

A thank you for vet Joanna with her care and kindness with my beautiful Wolfie, even though we had to send him over the rainbow bridge which she did with kindness and gentleness.

Charged £1000s to operate on my dog for bladder stones and associated blocked urethra ( he couldn't pee). During the op Scotts vets didn't remove all the stones or clear the blockage properly, so the problem returned within 2 days of removing the catheter. Total urethra blockage again, necessitating referral to the specialist vets and another operation costing more £1000s. Scotts have taken no responsibility taken for their failure to prpoerly unblock his urethra. I wuld not recommend allowing Scotts vets to undertake this sort of operation. Go straight to the specialist.

Been taking my German Shepard here since I got him as a puppy, staff are friendly, vets are very helpful and you can pay over the phone after you've left (if you've had to leave in a hurry)! Recommend this vets!

I recently took our new kitten, Fluffy, to Scott Veterinary Clinic for a check-up, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. The staff's professionalism and friendliness made the visit smooth and stress-free. Fluffy loved all the attention he received from the lovely staff, which made him feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, Scott Veterinary Clinic provided exceptional care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate veterinary clinic.

Booked my puppy in for her first round of vaccinations. All of the staff were so helpful. The receptionist talked me through the options when booking and I was able to get an appointment the following day. Upon arrival the reception staff provided water for my puppy and and napkins for her droll. The vet gave her a full check up and first vaccine followed by treats. The practice provide 6 weeks insurance for free and provide reasonably priced pet plans to cover all her needs. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
