We've always used Medivet for our dogs and over 11 years never had a problem or complaint, staff have always been fantastic, one always stood out and that was Jorge , could never fault him until recently, our eldest dog Lilly was diagnosed with lymphoma, she had been examined by a new vet Shubhangi who I must add was absolutely excellent in every way , caring and considerate to both our dogs and ourselves , she see us all through lillys illness, right till the very end , My one gripe is as jorge was lillys vet for most of her life , ( could be my expectations were to high ) but maybe some sort of acknowledgement even as one of her investigations was performed by him , ialthough it was Shubhangi that wrang us with the results !!° .... I get that the vets are very busy and they obviously have hundreds of pets to care for but as I've said , he knew and cared for lilly , she was very fond of him and i know this was reciprocated but the only appearance he made is the days we took her in to be uthanised ( I guess to say a final farewell ) which I'm afraid didn't sit well with me at all .... The last few months have been very traumatic not only for Lilly ( who is now resting in peace ) but us as her family who she leaves behind , this whole situation has left a very sour taste in the mouth but I hope we will still receive the professional care and attention from Shubhangi for our other dog luca ...

We have been with medivet in Marston for a long time, and we absolutely loved the staff working in there and the care given to our loved ones. Now we are with medivet Clapham and the vets and all the staff working there are amazing too. We are lucky to have medivet taking such a good care of our Frenchies. Thank you medivet staff.

My dog Tilly injured her leg while we were on holiday. Everyone in this practice was amazing. Keeping me calm as well as Tilly..the lady behind reception was so helpful and kind to me. I would recommend this practice in a heartbeat.

A very friendly , welcoming vet practise. Lovely caring staff and the appointment was very thorough from start to finish. Didn't feel rushed and was able to ask lots of questions. Would 100 ,% recommend

Blossoms first visit to Medivet at Clapham. She’s always nervous as soon as we go near a vets. She soon relaxed after vet gave her treats during her check up. It was for a thorough health check and her yearly inoculations. She had more treats and fuss at reception too… a sure way to win her over. A successful visit I’d recommend them to anyone with their furry family

Baldwin is fantastic. Our rabbit Stanley still hasn’t calmed down when going for his annual jabs. We have a laugh whilst trying to calm not to Stanley but owners as well. Baldwin we need a sedative for him and us.
