Absolute amateurs! Another corporate company that don’t care about your pet! All they care about is money money money. Inexperienced staff that haven’t a clue what is needed (simple medication notes on system) not to be trusted in anyway shape or form. If you really care for your pet and they are your family don’t trust this company! Plenty of independent vets local, Staplehurst and cranbrook. Once again you NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Don’t use this shoddy outfit!

Frequently no vets on site and Nurse led. Had multiple bad experiences. Took my new puppies to Goudhurst for first vaccine and was told when to come back for second. Booked appointment according to instructions. Proceeded to drive 20/25 minutes to the vet with two puppies in hand, one very car sick, only to wait in reception 20 minutes later than my appointment then greeted by an exceptionally novice nurse who first told us no vaccine could be administered and then after an argument ensued and this was checked with a real vet, tried to administer one but after two attempts and a more and more frightened pup decided she couldn’t do it because he had FUR!!!! And wanted to take him out the back away from me for someone else to do it. Great experience at the vet’s for a very sensitive German Shepherd breed. I said no and she found someone who could give the vaccine and managed first time without shaving him! Then rebooked the next vaccine as we were told to and within time frame again, only for the exact same thing even down to the 20 minute waiting time after the appointment to happen again. Only difference is this time a head nurse told us the date for the vaccine wasn’t right and someone in their team cannot count to four! Given these people give out medication I would beware and wouldn’t leave a frog in their care! Certainly not a member of my family. Moved to Cranbrook Vets!!!!!!!

I cannot recommend Goudhurst vets more highly. The whole team of staff are extremely friendly and reassuring to our animals. Ollie is a very nervous patient and they treated him with such love care - even getting a tummy rub moment!👍

We have been using Goudhurst vets for years and wouldn’t take our cats anywhere else. They are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond. A special shout out to Anna (vet), Claire (vet. Nurse), Daisy (student vet. Nurse) and Lucy and Lesley (reception). Also to the wonderful Claire (vet) who is on mat leave at the moment. From the death of our beloved Jack to looking after Rufus, Mabel and Clive (the latter who has complex and unusual health issues), they have been there through it all and are so knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring. We left our previous vets as we weren’t very impressed and are so glad we did as almost 6 years later, we are still here. Thank you!!!!! ❤️

I’ve been using Goudhurst Vets for many years and on a regular basis. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly, professional and go the extra mile. I cannot recommend enough the level of care received from receptionists, admin, nurses through to the vet themselves. First class!

Absolutely fantastic vets. We’ve got one dog that loves everyone and one that’s very nervous and everyone at the vets from reception staff, to nurses and vets have always been so considerate and helpful when dealing with our nervous boy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, considerate practice who really take the time to get to know both the animals they’re helping and their owners.

Excellent vets, I cannot rate them highly enough! All staff are friendly and absolutely love animals which is of course reassuring when you go to a vets. They’ve treated both my dogs now and really put us at ease when one of them needed surgery. All the team are empathetic and professional, and have provided high quality care for my dogs every time we have visited. At the same time they reassured us and explained exactly what they were doing and what they were checking for. Thank you so much for your dedication and support!
