I'm unfortunately faced with decision to rehome my dog due to my disability(decline in mobility)so exploring the options of doing it via shelters to make sure she doesn't end it up in wrong hands.I have filled out surrender form online in March, then called them to try and find out how this process look with them and was told they will call me back next day, never happened for a next 3 weeks.I tried calling again today to gather information,as nothing is clarified on their website, but I was met with abysmal treatment by some English women who declared she couldn't understand me and kept snapping at me.Then told me to call back tomorrow.Needless to say I won't be doing that. This organisation is an absolute joke.Their website has only extensive list of things they aren't doing example spaying nor dealing with feral cats.Dealing with the heartbreak of contemplating on rehoming your dog is incredibly hard and this so called charity and their wonderful staff is quite an obvious reason why people take their dogs to the council pound or put them on gumtree or even worse abandon.Keep fundraising big time thought, presumably for all 3 dogs they have there.

The have frankly the best grooming service. (In terms of value and care.) And the best place to donate the foods that your pets don't like.

Phoned today in reference to young seagull with broken wing. Emma from Larne branch came out and took away with here to see a vet. Must say was well impressed with how quickly they came and helped this poor bird, gave me peace of mind, as know one likes to see an injured animal.

Our experience was one where the vet Tara took her time to explain everything and was very caring towards our dog, so professional and kind. Thanks very much. Reception staff were also very helpful.
