  We would like to say a very sincere thank you to all the staff at Cherry Tree, who took care of our beloved 15 year old doggie Laska. We chose to drive her directly to Cherry Tree shortly after she passed. Then discovered upon arrival that the surroundings are absolutely perfect. Exactly Laska's favourite kind of Kent countryside setting. We were welcomed by Maxine, who gently guided us through the process. Maxine is the most caring, compassionate, and warm hearted person. Our young Daughter was unfortunately overcome with grief at one point. Maxine stepped straight in and held her tight while we were struggling ourselves. So we do want to say in particular a huge thank you to Maxine. Who clearly has a huge heart, and I'm sure was trying her hardest not to get upset herself. We highly recommend Cherry Tree without hesitation. The staff are all clearly animal lovers, and they really do treat your pet as one of their own. When the gate closes behind you as you drive up the driveway. You feel the privacy, the outside world is shut out for the time being. You realise how much you need that. You get nothing but compassion, patience, respect, and a solemn understanding from the staff. Thank you to all of you at Cherry Tree.

  We cannot thank the team at Cherry Tree Crematorium enough. Having just made the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved elderly cat, who was a member of our family. We felt comforted knowing that he was in safe hands. The team went above and beyond to treat him with respect and dignity, and to answer all our questions. When we went to collect his ashes, we were blown away by the empathy and kindness shown by the member of staff (unfortunately things are a blur at the moment and we can't remember the person's name). We asked for a keepsake of his fur, and they even took care to include a small sample of each of his beautiful tabby colours. Back in 2024, our other beloved girl came through Cherry Tree on her final journey at the age of 17 (although the arrangements were handled by our vet at the time). The service then was also exceptional. If you are in this devastating situation, I highly recommend Cherry Tree to make things feel a little easier and calmer. Rest in peace Juno and Crumble, we will love you both forever xx

  I would just like to send a heartfelt thank you to the people at Cherry Tree Crematorium. I’m so sorry that I’ve forgotten your names however your kindness has stuck with me & my family during possibly one of the worst few days of our lives when we suddenly lost our beloved family dog, Teddy. He unfortunately had a bleed on his spleen on his 9th birthday back in August and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go at the vets. It didn’t sit right with us to get him cremated through the vets, so the following day we collected him, brought him home for a few hours and later brought to Cherry Tree to have a personal cremation. Knowing it was done with love and on the same day meant the absolute world to us. We were kept in the loop with phone calls and the following day we had Teddy back with us. On collection, there was no rush. The same for drop off too. He was such an important and special member of our family and the staff made sure we were listened to and understood exactly what we were going through. We had paw prints done too which is special. I really cannot thank you all enough, it’s the last place you want to be (especially so unexpectedly) however we were all treated with such compassion and it made it that little bit more bearable. I will always remember your faces x

  Its been a week since we lost our beloved shih tzu dave he was the best dog anyone could wish for and we miss him so much. Big part of our family missing love you dave. cherry tree were brilliant. It was comforting knowing he was in good hands.The staff were very supportive to us collected dave from the vets and thery took care of him for us. We got him back the next day .with us for ever.highly recommend cherry tree pet cremation x.

  We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Cherry Tree Pet Crematorium for their continuous compassion and support during an incredibly difficult time. From the very first phone call to the moment we collected our beloved dog Bella, every interaction was filled with sympathy and understanding. A special thank you to Juana, who was so calming and respectful of our wishes for Bella’s passing. Her kindness brought us great comfort, and it reassured us that Cherry Tree was the right choice for our family. We are also deeply grateful for the care taken in helping us mix some of Bella’s ashes with those of our other dog, who passed previously, so I could have some memorial jewellery created. This meant more to us than words can express. Returning to a quiet home has been very hard, but knowing Bella was treated with dignity and gentleness has made this heartbreaking time a little easier. Thank you, Cherry Tree, for helping everything run so smoothly and for the compassion you show to families like ours
