Easter Ross Vets - Tain

Paco the vet was amazing, he really spent time to explain the complex issue with my Chihuahuas painful eye and referred Dudley to a specialist where he is receiving amazing treatment, we are on holiday and didn’t have an appointment but he still took time to see us, had he not Dudley probably would have lost his eye. I would highly recommend this Vet.

Brilliant. Payment plan is useable from day one, The Vet was great and took a real interest in my dogs.

Excellent friendly service as always. Phil the vet was so gentle and patient with my pet rabbit Popcorn.

Absolutely brilliant service at Tain, been twice now vet Palo fantastic, listened and responded with care reassurance and humour. I was very pleasantly surprised at both my bills being substantially lower than my previous vet (who was sold to a conglomerate!)

Knowledgeable, experienced vet Paco explained the different avenues we can pursue with our injured dog, without over-servicing or ripping us off like many other vets. He was friendly, polite and straightforward.

Due to the expertise of Easter Ross Vets, my boy Oscar has come through Cancer and an eye ulcer. without lasting damage & he still enjoys his vets visit's. The care they gave us was exemplary.

We recently re-homed a Rough Collie, today she had a general health review and her second injection. Given she is nervous of sounds and any new experience we'd like to thank the VET for her calming approach and excellent attitude.

Going to vets has/always made me nervous but this practise is so welcoming and friendly I felt very supported.

My wife and I have been banned from Easter Ross Vets in invergordon because they have accused me of aggressive, intimidating, swearing and abusive to staff. My wife was notified of this four months after one of her cats went in for a minor op. that irritated the cat and the stitches ripped leaving an open wound. I had taken the cat back and asked them to correct the problem. I was civilised and polite but now we're banned. Work that one out? I have given them one star as I can't post this without giving them a rating.
