I have been very pleased with my experience of Easter Ross Vets with various animals through routine and urgent appointments. The reception team are so kind on the phone and all my queries and questions have been taken seriously. Each time I go into the practice, the team are just as warm and welcoming and I have been very happy with both vet and nurse appointments I have had with my animals. Thank you very much to Easter Ross Vets!

My 17 year old cat was rushed to the vets as an emergency and sadly nothing could be done for her. The staff were incredible throughout, walked me thru the process and gave me some time with her alone. Throughout the consultation I couldn't help but notice the nurse was stroking my kitty with me, noticing that revealed just how much they care about our pets . I was a mess so they brought her back to the car for me and then a few days later a lovely sympathy card arrived with wild flowers to sprinkle over her. Little things like that stay with owners for a lift time and that's why I'll continue to use this vets. I really can't fault them from euthanasia to treatments. Very lucky to have this vets locally.

31/10/2025 Awful! My best friend of 20 years deserved so much more, he was clearly NOT sedated when it was time to say goodbye, he was agitated and panting, and clearly unsettled. and when that vet put that final injection into his arm, my dog yelped. They are supposed to be sleeping to not feel it. My dog felt it!!! He gave us so much and you gave him nothing he deserved. And not once at any point was I left alone with him before, during or after. Shunted out the back door after it!! And to then try and tell someone who’s just lost there beloved pet, unless the bill is paid you are not having your dog. Pffft!!! Disgusting. You will carry on regardless. Me, I have to live every day with that pain of him feeling his Euthanasia. If I could swear here I would !!

Disgusting treatment from this practice. Terrible how they treat and talk to customers with mental health conditions. Also refused to see my elderly cat with skin condition. Not to mention I took in one of my other cats to get her hair shaved from knots and they left a nasty wound on her thigh, she got stitches, it split open and exposed flesh! Extremely distressing! How can they manage to cut open a very deep flesh wound on a cats leg from just giving her a shave? Also accused my husband of being violent and aggressive which was not true! They could not back this accusation up and got defensive every time they were challenged and extremely patronising. Never have I experienced such a rude business in my life! Do not care for animal welfare or customer service. All in it to line their pockets. I will never use this service ever again for any animal. Extremely unprofessional! Avoid! Oh not to forget to mention they will threaten to ban you, just for challenging them or asking them a simple question to supply proof of an accusation.

My wife and I have been banned from Easter Ross Vets in invergordon because they have accused me of aggressive, intimidating, swearing and abusive to staff. My wife was notified of this four months after one of her cats went in for a minor op. that irritated the cat and the stitches ripped leaving an open wound. I had taken the cat back and asked them to correct the problem. I was civilised and polite but now we're banned. Work that one out? I have given them one star as I can't post this without giving them a rating.
