Very friendly staff and the premises were very clean. The vet explained what was she was doing, while examining our cat, and she also explained the next step, once the cats blood tests came back. On the whole, excellent service.

Friendly and truly have the animals welfare at heart. Won't just sell you the latest product on the market unless they truly believe it's needed. Looked after my old boy and girl very well from the 1st diagnosis to their final day.
