Absolute joke of a vets never once missed a payment with them bills always paid and take my dog there yesterday with a massive lump on his chest tht had burst and was bleeding really badly to be told he needed surgery bit if I don't pay the £1000 up front they then refused to do the surgery offered £500 up front to be told NO full payment needs to be maid disgusting behaviour from a place thts ment to "care" for animals!!

Very friendly staff and the premises were very clean. The vet explained what was she was doing, while examining our cat, and she also explained the next step, once the cats blood tests came back. On the whole, excellent service.

Always get good service in Easter Ross Vets. I never have any problem getting an appointment and if they are doing a procedure I am always kept informed about my pets condition. Good communication and service all round.
