If your priority is to go to a vet that has even limited concern about your animal AVOID THIS PLACE. . Looks like it has been taken over by one of these large money factory Vet companies whose only interest is to extract as much money as possible from the poor victims coming through the doors. I went in and explained to The Vet assistant at reception that my dog had a minor issue, my own Vet who is on a distant Hebridean Island solved the problem previously with just a simple antiseptic solution. I asked if they would please give me a small amount of antiseptic solution and after I was left waiting at the counter and the Assistant went obviously to speak to her senior, she came back and without a word of a lie told me to my absolute amazement (and I think the people in the waiting area who were listening to this exchange, that they did not have any antiseptic) and I should be going to a pet store. Needless to say, I was almost speechless and said to the now disinterested and smug Assistant that that was unbelievable and I could see from the expressions of the future victims sitting in the chairs waiting to be seen that they felt the same way. The sooner the Goverment enacts New legislation to get some control of these probable franchised vet companies the better. I would imagine that to put a few mils of antiseptic in a small bottle would cost them maybe 20p. I was more than willing to pay whatever price they asked as I was concerned about my dog. They obviously weren’t and they could see that whatever profit they were going to make from me was just simply not sufficient to spend more time with me and Assíst my dog . Shocking . experience.. it’s a pity council don’t have more control over who they give Business licenses to..

I called them understand emergency circumstances. They were very kind and polite on the phone even though they couldn't see me they still listened to all the symptoms of my dog and prescribed him a medication which made him feel better. Definitely recommend them. Great service all about the pet and not greedy like most places I have visited.
