I used it to get my dog wormed as he'd eaten lots of sheep poo. They were efficient, and as the receptionist dealt with me, I only paid for the tablet, about £4.

Called to see if we could have our dog seen in an emergency, the sign on the door said closed for lunch between 12 and 1 but we were there at 11. They told us they had no capacity to see new dogs that weren't registered and to call our vet and see what human medication we can give our dog, which we did and were told it's actually a criminal offense for a vet to recommend that. We had to drive an hour and a half to Skye with our dog in severe pain, to find a tumor rupturedin his stomach. Absolutely horrible experience from them, they're meant to care for animals.
