Took my dog, Milkshake, there and they were so attentive and friendly. They definitely looked after him well and we'd go back

Went here with my doggy for one night and they had such a good time. The staff were so thorough and thoughtful. You can tell they see them as an extension of your family and not just a pet. Loads of exercise. My border collie came back home and was so knackered they just plopped down and slept for about 5 hours solid after 😁 I will be using them again for sure. Just make sure you get on the waitlist in advance!! It's very popular

Over 10 years looking after our spaniel. He loves it there. He bounds in happily and bounds out again after his stay very well looked after. Staff love him and I feel like they treat him as if he were their own. He stays several times a year and would highly recommend Newgate to anyone !!! Very personal service and very pleasant staff and they treat you as valued clients every time

Felt so guilty on the boys them having just spent 9 days in kennels and only being home for about a week before they had to go back to Newgate for the weekend. They were literally scrambling to get out of the car when they saw where we were and ran in. Guilt disappeared immediately. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience for them and taking such good care of my babies

Wonderful service. Our two cats were well looked after for 5 days. We had them fed twice daily on dry food provided by Newgate. Reasonable prices. Cats were whisked away at the Check-in counter while we filled out the forms.
