The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They send reminders when their injections and medications are due. Lovely atmosphere, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful service.

I had a really positive experience with this veterinary practice. The staff are always welcoming and professional. My cat always visits the same vet and I think now enjoys her visits😀It’s clear they genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our dog had a problem with an abscess. The vet was very thorough and treatment starting to work. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming to both the pets and owners! Highly recommend.

Never on time for appointments. People are treated differently depending on who you are and what you look like. Please don’t bother with your standard robotic reply - the account is also not registered in this name but still our dearly loved family pet. Poor care. Will not be returning to this practice. Shameful attitude talking about customers behind their backs Wilmslow is a small town you shouldn’t judge people it should be about the treatment, care and comfort of the animal!
