Never on time for appointments. People are treated differently depending on who you are and what you look like. Please don’t bother with your standard robotic reply - the account is also not registered in this name but still our dearly loved family pet. Poor care. Will not be returning to this practice. Shameful attitude talking about customers behind their backs Wilmslow is a small town you shouldn’t judge people it should be about the treatment, care and comfort of the animal!
