What a lovely team at New Hope Vets. Caring, reasonable prices and quickly made pet insurance claims. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending to other people. Me and Henry thank you for everything you have done for him 🐾

I really cannot Recommend enough. We recently moved over to these vets in the last 12 months after hearing great things, and they really have been nothing short of amazing. When it was time for our eldest dog to be Put to Sleep the amount and love and care she received from the team, and the vets, also the effort they made in the lay out of the room that she was laid to rest in was beautiful. Our other dog had had to have surgery recently for a leg injury and again the team were absolutely amazing with him. I know when I need to go back in there for what ever reason myself and my pets will be well looked after and given the best.

Dear New Hope Vets, I was recommended by at least four people to come to your Practice. I was so nervous this afternoon bringing my baby cat into be seen. Your Practice is beautiful. The Reception lady was welcoming and just lovely, the waiting area is calming and spacious and Emily, who we saw this afternoon, was so kind to my cat but to me too. Thank you, Emily. Thank you for being so lovely to Freddie and to me. You don’t know what it means. A really positive experience. Thank you so very much. Rosy Lyon and Freddie the cat xxx

Genuinely lovely people, our five kittens are all vaccinated and chipped now, my kittens are really inquisitive and like to explore the rooms and the vets and staff are patient with them, though they are more of a fluffy pride of little lions (or hyaenas) and the obvious eccentric owner..... 😸😸😸😸😸

Took our beautiful 16 year old Cairn Lilly to New Hope last evening…we are in the process of re-registering with a vet, but my Mum takes her dog here and spoke to them because we were worried after Lilly having a fall and becoming generally unwell. Although not registered with them and it being 5 minutes before they were closing, they stayed open and the vet stayed behind and waited for us to take Lilly in. When we got there the Reception staff were just leaving but had waited for us to arrive and were so kind and lovely. The vet Mrs Aitken was absolutely fantastic, so lovely with Lilly and really reassuring with us. Without doubt one of the nicest vets I’ve been to and we will be registering Lilly there. The building was lovely too, spotlessly clean and really spacious. It’s so nice to see a veterinary practice that clearly has animals at the heart of what they do and not the money making business it’s sadly become in many areas.

Dedicated team of vets and supporting staff. Maria cared for our poorly dog with so much compassion, very thorough, diagnosed the condition and now being managed well. A very welcoming reception area and staff. So glad I transferred here.

My beautiful fifteen year old Evie passed away this week. New Hope Vets were simply wonderful. Their sensitive loving care, which she had received during the entire time she grew to love seeing the staff, was continued during this the most difficult of times. I have experienced various vets during Evie’s life. None of them matched the exemplary treatment offered by New Hope. Do not hesitate to take your pet to them.

Took our German Shepherd Hunter for the first time after not having a good experience at another vet. It is so clean and reception staff very friendly. So impressed with the care and professionalism New Hope Vets provide. Vet Drew is so knowledgeable and had Hunters best interests at heart. Definitely recommend!
