Wonderful Vets. Wasn't a good trip, but were caring and empathetic.

Honestly we love it here and so does our boy Bryn, he even gets excited for his check ups! The staff on reception are absolutely wonderful and always make Bryn feel so loved and welcome, which as a rottweiler owner is a delight. Every member of the medical team that we've ever met has been lovely with Bryn and always do a good check over of him. We are lucky to of never had any big health issues or concerns (yet) but I just know they would look after him like their own. 20/10 would recommend

Wonderful vets, they are so caring and amazing with my million questions. The place is always so clean. The vet is always so nice and putting the air con on for me in the check up room. Update 10/12 our cats just had one year old check up and the nurse was so sweet and patient with them, so glad to have this vets 5mins from the house.

Took my cats for their second lot of vaccinations and they gave my two tiny cats dog vaccinations. I won’t ever go back the manger was trying to say she would only give me half my money back I got a full refund in the end but would never take my animals here again. The receptionist was absolutely lovely lady but the vets and manager was nothing but horrible to me while I was panicking. You say you try and handle stuff like that properly but the manager was shouting at me in the room while I was upset I didn’t want use to do treatment for free use don’t read what use are injecting into animals before you do it Also pretty sure every other vets I have went too 2 people have to check the needles before they are admitted when I was saying I was scared crying the manager stood there rolling her eyes shouting at me like she was a angry teacher! Shouting at me in the private room while I was sobbing don’t understand why people like this work with animals you had no compassion while I was in a moment of panic I suffer with anxiety and was having a panic attack the only person who was actually nice and caring was the lady on the front desk!!! Woman on the front desk was more sincere than the manager and vet put together the manager was absolutely horrible stood rolling eyes asking my why I am upset when she new why I was she was being very condescending and then telling me she would only give me half the money back at first when I never paid for half a needle If you want to be shouted at when your up set by a big angry ginger woman then this is the place for you if you care about your animals I wouldn’t recommend to no one plus they said it happens all the time I rang another vets straight away when home and they said they can assure me it does not happen all the time so they lied to my face aswell if you like angry ginger ladies shouting at you then this is the place for you if ye don’t care about ye animal because they just want your money!

Don’t go to here. They literally just want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible they are scammers. I went here a few weeks ago with my cat and before I left as you would at any vets you pay the bill however there must’ve been some issue on their end because they also clearly can’t do their job properly. I don’t owe them anything whatsoever but they’ve been harassing me via email, phone & letters for the past few weeks over a bill I didn’t pay (my dad did) and i literally watched him pay for it??? Absolutely ridiculous beware of these scammers and these incompetent people
