A very kind place - we found a young bird that had perhaps fled the nest too soon. The practice were more than happy to receive the bird an look after it over night before taking it to the wildlife centre in the morning. I measure people and places on the stuff they don’t have to do. They didn’t have to do this and it’s a sign of their duty of care that they did do it. Thanks and good on you.

Poorly dog. Very good service, calm, reasonable price, excellent advice and options. They helped me get the dog back in the car, with a friendly smile as I had a bad back. Thoroughly recommended

24/7 365 days a year care. Independent OOH service which is rare to come by these days. Probably the most competitively priced OOH in the area. I have complete peace of mind that my dogs will always be looked after here. My sisters dog was a patient at NSVE with a HGE and the staff were incredible and nursed him back to health very quickly. They run on a triage system so if your pet isn’t seen straight away it is not because they aren’t important , it’s probably because a pet in a much worse state is in and being seen to first which is completely understandable. Staff are always clear in communicating waiting times and will always see you pet straight away if needed. Prices incredibly competitive and 5* care!

Have had to use their Emergency Veterinary services twice with our house rabbits and they have been excellent both times. They are caring, understanding and knowledgeable, which is hugely important when it comes to bunnies tummy issues! Zero hesitation in recommending them.

We recently had a scary episode with our dog. The emergency team are very busy. Even under the stressful circumstance, we got given several options and we had a vet letting us see our dog at any time while she was on their care. Only thing I would say it's sometimes the communication from one team member to the other seemed to be different or contradictory. Or we will be told they would call us at a time and we would end up having to call ourselves. So maybe communication could be improved. But I think they are great with animals.

We are blessed to have an extremely well temperamental , non barking/ biting, calm, quiet but sensitive chihuahua, she is fussy when eating, gets bored of food easily and always wants to have what we eat. She is coming up to 5 so yes we have like many owners had our fair share of vet experiences( sensitive tummy to food) but never like this one! She is bored of her subscription food( butternut box) and refusing to eat unless it’s something new, we keep Coya on her plate for incase she’s hungry but that goes untouched at times, we worry as we want to ensure eats so we leave some meat on the side for her before cooking our regular dinner, she threw up once in the late evening, the next day was completely normal and enjoyed a day out in London and we regretfully treated her to 3 small bites of our wagyu burger, towards the evening she was distressed, couldn’t sit still and started to make some yelping dog cry noises, immediately we go to the ‘trusted vets’ to sort this but instead we are greeted with DR Bayo who first asked how long the Diarrhea has lasted, then he asked if she’s friendly and freaked out when she jittered as he put the thermometer into her bottom, I watching this, already in a panic from seeing my little one in pain am left freaked out on if this emergency doctor is qualified to be working solo and out of hours as this is a time where animals come in at critical. I asked if how long he had been working in the clinic for not with the intention to be rude but to simply seek the safety of my dog. I came there to seek answers and was left asking if I want to give her tablets or injections? Nobody told me anything, the doctor didn’t ask if she had any fluids or talked about after care, it was only the nurse that mentioned potential side effects of the injection and to make it worse, I called the next day and another vet said that my prescribed medication tablet that was instructed to be given every 12 hours doesn’t make any difference and that I should be taking it 6 hours?? Who do I believe? Why is the label suggesting one thing and another vet another? She was so drugged up the next day which lead her to not eat or drink, I got more solution from chatgpt so got a syringe from another vet and started to slowly administer water 1ml every hour and introduced her to turkey breast feeding her when all they said was it’s now an emergency and we must administer her adding a comment about what if this would be our child? I’m not even going to go into full depth on how my 30 minute call with the other vet went, very wishy washy. Tomorrow I will go to see my vet Simon in Weybridge who I trust. Unless this is a critical emergency where symptoms are treated to just mask it and you’re prepared for mistakes, please avoid this if you care for your little one. I paid £369 for someone afraid of dogs to be rude to me in my face and not even talk about after care or what was going on in that room because I asked if he could have a second person in the room.
