I have taken a variety of pets to MVC, including my cats, ducks, and even my axolotl, for both general care and more complex medical issues, and every experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are caring, compassionate, and exceptionally knowledgeable, and I have always felt reassured that my animals were in safe and capable hands - I could not recommend them more highly!

We’ve been going to this awesome vets for about three or four years now. They saved our dog Watsons life when he had pancreatitis and our normal vets said they couldn’t see him for two days. Molesey vets saw him and admitted him immediately even though they were run off their feet themselves. They knew leaving him would not end well. We then switched over to them and recently had a lovely looking bladder stone removed from, Tess our other dogs bladder. They’re always so attentive and caring. The entire team are just fantastic and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Were so compassionate and caring when we had to suddenly say goodbye to our boy in December. They had cared for him beautifully throughout his life. Now with a new puppy we are continuing our dog days with them to support along the way. Thank you Molesey Vets

What a wonderful service. Darren and all his team at Molesey Veterinary Centre put themselves out no end for us and looked after our Rafa wonderfully showing him care and compassion in our absence. We were all abroad on a short trip and he sensed our stress as we tried to get back to Uk to say goodbye. Rafa had gone to Molesey Veterinary Centre just twice before on a recommendation from our friend Nicky and my only regret is that I hadn’t discovered them before. The service and care and attitude is far superior to any other vets I had taken him to over the 15 years we had him after adopting him at age one. Sad to say goodbye but comforted that he received impeccable care in his last moments and yes, we all got back to say goodbye so a heartfelt thank you to Molesey Veterinary Centre.

TRUSTING, CARING, SMART and SYMPATHETIC - Molesey Veterinary Centre are all of these! Darren and his team are AMAZING and all are really top Vets which we highly recommend whether registering with a new puppy/kitten or older animals where you know they will be treated so well and do the best for them. They are really knowledgable about all kinds of animals and always know what to do with a kind and positive energy. If you have an emergency at night, they have the 24/7 emergency care next door which is excellent. I have been taking my dogs, hamsters and exotic reptiles to them for 20 years and really trust them and know they care about me and my pets and that they will do the best possible job!

NOT THE PLACE IT USED TO BE. I have 2 dogs. My older dog is 12 yrs old and we’ve been going to this vets for many years. In fact most of his dogs life. The staff have always been courteous and pleasant, Darren & Georgina especially. They are very kind and caring . However, unfortunately lovely Georgina is no longer there & Darren is there less nowadays. Lately, we have to see Alexandra Browning and each time the experience is worse. She is very short and sharp. The last time I took my Cockapoo she honestly had me tears. I have never been spoken to in the manner and rudeness she has spoken to me. My dog had to have a sedation and ultrasound because of a tumour and I was extremely concerned but she was, rude and lacked any empathy. I even asked her why she disliked me so much and was so unpleasant? But I was ignored and told I didn’t have to go ahead with the procedure if I wasn’t happy, but I still had to pay the bill of over £1,400 for an ultrasound. It’s not normal, when someone is anxious about their pet that is elderly and about to be sedated, to say “What do you think I’m going to kill him?” I only wish I had recorded the way she spoke to me. Unfortunately, her nastiness was behind closed doors. I did call and tell Darren. But in all honesty it was so disgraceful, and upsetting… I have left and have found a new and incredible vets. What a breath of fresh air. They are amazing. My dog is doing so much better too, and the staff are gentle, kind and so considerate. To my dogs and myself!
