Very friendly and kind vet …. Rawdon is an excellent vet who knows his stuff but also really cares for your pet. The receptionist and all the nurses are also lovely and friendly. We’re very happy here!

Rawdon and the team are amazing! From the service, to the explanations, to the care for our dog, we were so looked after and happy. Our little dog had to have some surgery and already, he is back to new! Thanks and we will definitely not be using anyone else!

This was my cat’s very first visit to a vet, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team were amazing — genuinely kind, caring, and reassuring from the moment we arrived. I instantly felt my cat was in safe, capable hands, cared for by sincere people who truly love animals. That completely put me at ease as a cat mum. The care throughout was exceptional. I received thoughtful updates by phone while my cat was in for an operation, and it was clear she felt calm, happy, and settled during her time there — which says everything about the environment and the people looking after her. The aftercare was equally impressive, with a prompt follow-up appointment to check on her progress and well-being. Every step of the way, they were attentive, genuine, and compassionate. I couldn’t have wished for a better team to look after my cat. I’m deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism — highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet treated with the utmost care and respect.
