An excellent veterinary practice. I brought my severely injured cat here a year ago, and she was seen immediately with outstanding care and advice. The team were completely transparent from the start, and it was clear that their top priority was her wellbeing, which is rare to find these days. I have also brought my Rottweiler, who suffers from a bit of claustrophobia and can be anxious at the vet. The staff took extra time and care to make him feel comfortable and safe, and they managed to give him his vaccinations without any trouble. I cannot recommend this vet highly enough.

Excellent care and service. Bio, the vet took time and great care to explain how to manage our cat’s treatment plan when she developed diabetes. I recently visited Medivet for the first time to have my cat neutered, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first contact I had with the clinic , the receptionist was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. The vet was extremely thorough in explaining the entire procedure, including the potential risks, ensuring that we were fully informed and comfortable with the process. Their professionalism and genuine care for my pet were evident throughout the visit. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the aftercare instructions were clearly explained, making me feel confident in my ability to care for my cat post-surgery. My dog, Merot! has been treated here numerous times, and every visit is an example of outstanding care and professionalism. The service they provide is truly exceptional. From the very beginning—when Merlot was just eight weeks old—he has received the most thorough and prompt attention during every check-up and treatment. Gina has been fantastic in keeping me updated promptly and with care, ensuring I am informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine compassion for both pets and owners is remarkable. Every interaction with the team has left me amazed by their dedication, efficiency, and expertise. It’s clear they deeply care about the animals they treat, and I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful veterinary practice to rely on.
