I would like to recommend this veterinary clinic from the bottom of my heart. This is without any doubt the best experience I have ever had with any veterinary clinic in my life. They saved the life of my girl and her puppies, all of them, during Boxing Day, in the Christmas holidays. Every single member of staff deserves the highest praise, from the receptionist to the nurses and the vets. The level of empathy, kindness, professionalism and genuine care shown throughout was truly exceptional. At every stage, I felt that my family and our animals were treated with respect, compassion and real concern, not as just another case. Special thanks go to the vet who was looking after Molly. His dedication, knowledge and calm, caring approach literally saved her life. I will be forever grateful for what he did. I cannot thank this clinic enough. If anyone is looking for a place where animals receive outstanding medical care and people are treated with warmth, empathy and humanity, this is the clinic to choose. I recommend them with complete confidence.

I am incredibly grateful to the veterinary team for the compassion and kindness they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. They treated my dog with dignity, patience, and genuine care, and they made a heartbreaking decision feel as peaceful and loving as possible. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything, answered my questions with empathy, and never rushed us. I will always appreciate the warmth and professionalism they showed, and I’m thankful my dog’s final moments were handled with such gentleness and respect.

We brought our 5-day-old newborn kitten to Medivet Richmond in a very critical condition after aspiration pneumonia. His breathing was extremely fast and weak, and we were prepared for the worst. The whole team here was incredibly gentle, caring and calm. They placed him in oxygen immediately, monitored him throughout the night, kept us updated and treated him as if he was their own little baby. Thanks to their professional care, his breathing became stable, his temperature rose back to normal, and today he even started suckling again, something we honestly didn’t expect to happen so soon. We are extremely grateful for the honesty, the communication, and the dedication from both the nurses and the vet. Our kitten would not have survived without their immediate help. Thank you for giving him a chance. Highly recommend this Medivet branch for emergency and newborn care.
