I chose this cat-only veterinary practice because it specialises in feline care and during our first appointment the vet was genuinely excellent. She was thorough, gentle with my cat and took the time to explain everything. She asked me to update her on how the medication was working. I called the practice on Tuesday to give the update and was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I followed up again on Friday morning and then again later that day, and was told the vet was in surgery and that I would be contacted on Saturday. No call came. This was particularly concerning because I had already explained that my cat’s medication would run out by Sunday morning. Even though I was told it would be treated as urgent, I didn’t hear from anyone over the weekend or on Monday. When I called again on Monday, the medication was issued immediately. When I went to collect it, I asked about my new-client credit. It’s nice that the practice offers this discount to new customers, but having to repeatedly ask for it doesn’t give the best impression. I was told I would receive a payment link on Wednesday, but nothing arrived. When I followed up on Friday, the link I received was for the full amount, so I had to request a corrected one, no response. The vet herself was brilliant, but the administrative side has been inconsistent and has required multiple follow-ups. Efficiency and timely communication are just as important as being nice and polite, especially when medication is running low and no advice is being given beyond a promise to call back. For a practice that isn’t the cheapest, it’s worth considering whether you would feel confident relying on a service where essential communication and follow-up are repeatedly missed.

We brought our newly adopted cat Albert to Kitten to Cat and had an excellent experience. The clinic is calm and welcoming, and the staff are truly passionate about cat care. Lindsey at reception was friendly and patient, and Dr Giulia was incredibly thorough and gentle with Albert. She even reviewed his complicated medical history in detail after obtaining records from his previous vet. We feel confident Albert is in great hands and have already joined the VIP plan. Highly recommended!

The woman who speaks Mandarin was really rude and doesn’t have empathic. She will judge people get a pure cat or not. It’s none of her business. We can get any cat we want as we treat them well. She seems don’t have the basic knowledge of Cat. It’s my first time getting cats and she makes me anxious and think I am doing something wrong. But after I learned the knowledge of pets, what she say is not right. Other vets treat my cat really good and my cat not afraid go back to there🤣 I’m 100% sure is your clinic. I been there one or two years ago. Why I leave feedback now because I learned a lesson of cat behavior and found many things of the vet said was not true.
