    As with the East Sheen branch, From beginning to end… excellent second to none service as always! Furgus Norgren and the lady vet were both welcoming, attentive and super professional. I would highly recommend People.

    Have been using them since they opened- great team of really caring people - wonderful with our dog- from the moment you walk in at reception until you leave. Very modern practice with all the latest science. Cant recommend them highly enough after disasters with the usual mega corporate suspects. Sets the standard for all vets

    My dog (Mabel) is hard to deal with because she’s so nervous but pet people have been have so patient with her over the year. But today she let the vet Examine her And inject the necessary vaccinations, including kennel Cough. (Cautiously) Admittedly but seeing Mabel leave calmer then normal after leaving is a joy. There family plan is great and definitely good value for money would Recommend pet people 100% even the reception staff are on point. Can’t find one thing to moan about spot on pet people

    I've been to this branch of PetPeople several times over the past couple of weeks, as we try to get our dog's pancreatitis under control. The welcome from Reception is always warm and Francesca, the Vet we usually see at this branch, is friendly and sympathetic, as well as helpful with advice, particularly as we try to get the dog's diet right for this condition. This is a very professional practice and I admire the communications set-up - that the two branches are linked so that details of appointments and prescriptions are seamless, as well as the animals' medical records, which means either branch can be visited depending on the convenience of appointments available. Both the team of Vets and their support staff are a pleasure to deal with, despite having to visit when a dog is ill!

    I’ve used Pet People for about four years now for my two dogs and one cat. One dog is very, er, “tricky” with other dogs and finding a vet who understands and makes life easier has been hard. I would recommend them regardless of whether you have a tricky hound! Great people and they truly care.

    Really can’t sing Pet People’s praises loud enough. We have a clinically complex dog. Our previous vet was extremely dismissive and aggressively handled him. The treatment at Pet People is night and day. Francesca takes a force free approach to handling him and has worked with our clinical behaviouralist to investigate what might be wrong with our dog.

    We saw Amy today for a vaccination and my dachshund Izzy absolutely loved it. She was totally smitten with Amy and did not even want to leave. Thank you for this great experience.

    Always amazingly friendly and knowledgeable service that gives me confidence my dog is in the best hands. I have quite an anxious dog, and everyone is very patient and kind with him. Highly reccommend PetPeople Richmond.

    Absolutely excellent. All members of the team have shown extremely high standards of care towards or dogs. Also their fast action and superb expertise literally saved the life of our beloved Golden Retriever. I can't rate these guys highly enough.

    Thank goodness for Pet People Richmond. My dog was vomiting a lot and very much not himself with the Christmas holidays fast approaching. I got a same day appointment with amazing vet Amy. Calm, kind, considered and extremely competent, my gentle old soul is now back to his lovely self! They are a really lovely practice and I can't recommend them highly enough.
