my motorbike broke down outside this vet clinic. the staff were wonderful; caring, helpful and very kind. They fed, watered and gave me coffee all with a smile. (it took 8 hours for recovery) if they look after your pets anywhere near as much as they did for me, then your fur babies are in fantastic hands. cannot thank them enough for making a stressful day manageable

- Bad service - Bad attitude - Couldn't identify fleas on my cat - Gaslighted me about whether they'd told me she had fleas or not - Money grabbing - Couldn't understand the basic request for a prescription Please don't reply explaining how you would like to resolve the issues - you didn't care when I came in (you only wanted to gaslight me and take my money). And don't tell me I'm mistaken; I made myself clear on the phone and in person when you'd prepared the incorrect order for me.

My first visit to this practice today. I initially spoke to a male receptionist on the phone and explained some of my cat's historic problems, and he liaised with the vet for me and was exceptionally empathetic and understanding, phoning me back and forth twice after consulting the vet. We saw Ioanna the vet today, and she really took the extra time to find out everything that had been going on with my cat previously, I felt she really listened and didnt rush us in the consultation, addressing my cat's anxiety, bladder issues, and dietary issues. She also managed to admit my cat for a scan and batch of blood tests on the same day. As the Cat Clinic is a feline specialist vet practice, it is a less stressful environment for my timid, anxious cat, as she doesn't have to worry about barking dogs while she's admitted. I'm really impressed and would recommend to other cat owners.

Great place for kitties. Well informed staff and vets. Always care for your cats and provide the help necessary. Only downside to the whole place- much like their Botley location- parking is an utter nightmare. I won't hold that against them, but will say go early as you may need to park in a neighbourhood and walk to them.

Thank you to the Oxford Cat Clinic vets!!!! Thanks to the vets and nurses, our little Lipa is alive today. I am so glad we came for a second opinion (after another vet charged us hundreds of pounds only to tell us to put her down), we followed OCC’s protocol to manage her acute kidney failure, and today she has pulled through and is brighter than ever. They take a human approach and you can tell they’re here to make a difference and are personally invested. The staff were so lovely when Lipa was hospitalized overnight, communicated clearly the prognosis, approach, and kept us informed. I can’t say enough- if you’re a cat owner in Oxford, don’t hesitate to come here!

Excellent practice. They always take great care of both my cat's needs and mine. I particularly appreciate that they've let me reschedule appointments when I couldn't find a means of transport to get to the clinic. And my cat even likes the waiting room!
