I highly recommend Tilsworth, they are friendly, smiley and happy. All staff members make you feel comfortable and at ease and really do care about the animals. My only complaint is the waiting time as you’re never seen on time but I can deal with that if it means that extra time is because they don’t rush your appointment and make sure you’re pet is healthy and happy when they do finally get seen and not rushed out the door like a conveyer belt.

Im really disappointed as been going here for 4 years always had great treatment for my dog olly. Unfortunately Michael has now retired, so we had a new person. He failed to give him an injection that was critical for my dog to stop him being sick as he had this before and was the first thing Michael did last time. this then caused him to sick up all hes medication given and to have to have emergency appointment in the night as well as losing to much fluids, that almost cost hes life and myself £1300 that all could of been avoided if he just had the injection. The emergency vets couldn't understand why this wasnt done and I also question it when I got home. This had caused me alarming destress. Not happy. Also I put a email in to just get ignored avoid! As they will not even speak about the matter i will no longer be taking any of my animes here again.

Take my old Akita Nell there for her meds. My daughter uses it too for her dog. Reasonably priced compared to most vets , very accommodating, easy to park , lovely helpful staff

Best vets going. I travel from Hertfordshire whenever my dog needs to go to the vets, the care she receives is impeccable and everyone is so lovely that works there. Prices are also very affordable for a vet. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am very happy that I was recommended Tilsworth Veterinary Clinic by the lady who boards our dog. I found the quality of care and the quality of service really high. The vets took all the time that I needed to listen to my questions and answer them in detail. I found their advice to be sound and not geared towards making money. They were very attentive to my children's questions also, which is so rare in a world where were are told to rush and we are given answers from an approved script. My dog just underwent a spay and she has managed to bond with the vets to the point where she was excited to visit again for her post op review. Finally I found their prices to be fair. I moved to Tilsworth Veterinary Clinic from another vet who I had found was not family orientated and was simply looking for big profits. Our dog is family. I felt the ethos of Tilsworth Veterinary Clinic reflected those values.

I have been using this clinic since they opened and Michael Ng was my vet prior to that. They are very reasonable with their prices, the staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to go the extra mile. The vets are very knowledgeable and very gentle with the animals. I have rang at very short notice but they have always managed to fit me in. Michael is very experienced in so many fields and with his knowledge and skills can spot problems immediately. He is a very personable man and always explains what he is doing and why. I would not use any other vets, especially the chain vets that are all about the money.

First time visit today. Very impressed. Charlie had two X Rays without sedation! They let me hold him with help from vet and nurse and were so kind and patient. Quarter of the price my previous vet quoted. One very happy customer and dog

Suddenly and shockingly I lost my Bentley. Michael knew exactly what the problem was - internal bleeding. Bentley went for an emergency op! Things went really well…. Until recovery! My beautiful boy who was coming home the following morning to a phone call 30 mins later saying his heart gave out! He didn’t make it! My world turned upside down. I can’t fault Michael for his knowledge and determination. I’d like to truly send a heart felt thank you to the nurse- Emma… wow, who showed compassion and true heart! So from the bottom of my heart, thank you! You are truly amazing! The only negative I have is that I haven’t heard anything since… I mean not even a sympathy card! Disappointing! This happened on the 5th June…
