Amazing vets. I took my dog there today that had tumours in his ear and a tumour on his eye. The vet told me that my dog was not going to get better and that he was in pain. He talked me through everything and told me what my options were,he was so helpful, kind and respectful. When I reached the very difficult decision to put my dog to sleep they treated myself and my lovely boy with the utmost respect and dignity and my gorgeous boy passed peacefully with me at his side. I can't thank the vet and his assistant enough for making the most difficult decision I have ever made a little easier. Thank you.

I have been with this practice for many years, I have recommended a few people to this practice, I find myself that Icknield vets are friendly and answer my questions if I have any to ask in terms I can understand. I also find these Veterinarians very good with all 3 of my dogs and never worry if I have to leave my dogs for a procedure very well looked after and are spoilt by the nurses. Thank you for all that you do for my 3 dogs.v

All staff were extremely helpful and professional. I was very impressed with the contact made by veterinary nurses and the vet himself during what was a difficult spay. Post operative complications were also dealt with swiftly despite few appointments being available. Receptionist staff read the previous notes about the cat and made sure the cat was seen as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Charlie is a very anxious cat due to his hyperthyroidism and can appear feisty but is the complete opposite. The vet who treated him was very good at handling him and put him at ease. Would hope to see him at future appointments.

I have been very happy with Icknield Vets. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Vets put you and your pet at ease straught away. My Dog Coco has attended twice and has now had her vaccinations, with no problem. I know I will have no trouble attending in future, after such a positive experience.

Icknield vets are brilliant - I've only been with them for 3 weeks but had to visit 3 times and each visit was easy, relaxed, and helpful. I got 2 rescue kittens at the end of Jan 26 and they unfortunately had poorly tummies with blood in their stool. Icknield saw them immediately and offered advice and medication to help them. What's important to me is the time they give to ask questions and voice concerns, and I have never felt rushed through our appointments. We've also been there for their vaccinations and the vet was brilliant. The receptionists are also lovely and show so much care. Thank you!

So they got spoilt a treat's but wanted to stay lol ickneild vets is well known and I have already convinced 3 other animals friends to use them as vets.

My first time at Icknield vets, I was very impressed with the treatment fizz received and nothing was to much trouble I was greeted with lovely receptionist had the option of sitting inside or stay in my car as fizz is bit funny with strangers. The vet was lovely examined fizz thoroughly explained exactly what was going on prescribed treatment and instructions of what to expect in recovery. Quick online registration process. Had to take my house cat Sasha to see vets due to weight loss. She is the grand old age of 14 but acts like she is still a kitten! Found out she had an over active thyroid and is now on repeat medication. Was able to get an appointment quickly. You receive text reminders of upcoming appointments which is nice. Everyone within the practice is lovely. Would recommend.
