  Another glowing recommendation for Manuel and team! Our poodle, Aubrey, had cruciate ligament surgery nearly a year ago along with the removal of an eye lump. Our regular vet was going to do two separate operations. Our neighbour recommended Ace vets and we are mighty glad he did, it was well worth the journey. One operation to do both was not only infinitely kinder for Aubrey but was also cheaper than having just the knee surgery alone with the other vet, win-win! But money aside, the main reason I’m writing this is to say how bowled over we were by the care Aubrey received. Manuel was so kind and patient and the operation was a such a success. It was a tough period of recovery but he was so quick to answer any questions/concerns we had. Also must mention the rest of the team who were also brilliant, especially Candice at reception who is probably Aubrey’s favourite as she gave him so many treats! Suffice to say, Aubrey is fit as a fiddle again and back to chasing seagulls. Thank you so much!

  For a cat and its owner, AceVet was undoubtedly a neat, relaxing, and professional place to visit. I had a great time there with my cat, Fish Ball. From the vet to the receptionist, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly. I went there for my cat's second vaccine. Fish Ball was thoroughly examined by the vet both before and after the vaccination, which significantly reassures my cat and me. Thank you so much to everyone in the team.

  I couldn't recommend Acevets more. Manuel and Maria truly care about our pets' wellbeing and do anything possible to make sure the furry members of our family are safe and healthy. The staff is caring and professional. I trust that my dog Frodo is at the hands of the best vet team possible and we are very grateful.

  Manuel of Ace Vets! He isn’t just a vet, he’s the best we’ve ever known. My husband and I have had animals all our lives, and without a shadow of a doubt, Dr. Manuel is in a league of his own. We drive 45 minutes each way for our furbabies to have the best care by Manuel and his team at Ace Vets, and every single trip is worth it. We first met him by chance when our cat fell ill, and a few vets couldn’t find the issue. After running thorough tests, he found the cause the very same day, something our previous vet and their vet hospital had been trying to identify for over 6 months. It wasn’t for lack of care, but Dr. Manuel’s attention to detail, skill, and instinct made all the difference. That experience changed everything. No rush, Never upselling, just pure dedication and kindness. Years on from first meeting him, he’s been the best for our two cats and two dogs, we honestly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else. Dr. Manuel has that rare mix of world-class expertise and genuine heart. He remembers every detail about our fury babies, checks in, explains everything clearly, and you always leave knowing your furry family is in the best possible hands. And his team? Exceptional. Warm, professional, and truly invested in every animal that walks through their door. You feel it from the first hello to the last goodbye.   Absolutely fantastic veterinary practice! The team at Ace Vets in Cranham have been nothing short of amazing. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and professional. A special mention to Manuel, who always goes above and beyond — he takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I fully understand each step of my cats’ care. It’s such a comfort knowing my cats are in safe hands and receiving first-class treatment. I highly recommend Ace Vets to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate care for their pets.
