Terrible experience unfortunately, we paid for a full health examination for our dog and he needed eye drops. We were going on holiday not long after so the vet kindly said we could pop in before we leave for holiday with him to make sure we’d done enough and could leave him without drops for a few days, only to then find that we were charged another full health examination fee of £53 for the 1 minute look at his eye to say ‘yep that’s all fine’. We asked for a call from the Manager and he called but wasn’t willing to offer us any refund, he said that they will try to make people aware of any charges going forward but even so they felt the fee was justified. They’ve said that anytime a client goes in they will have to pay a minimum of £53 regardless of what they do or how long it takes, so be aware that even if they tell you to just pop in and seem to be offering a friendly follow up they are actually going to get another full examination fee from you. We won’t be returning as we feel very misled, not how we would run a business and not very fair to customers.

On this occasion we had the very sad job of having Popples put to sleep. Her little body had had enough and she had started to have violent fits. She was 15.5 years old. A real character. Megan and Jo, the vets were kind, gentle and empathic at this difficult time. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Folly Gardens Vets. Thanks lizzie for looking after George leading up to his surgery and thanks Brad for the brilliant operation you have done on George considering where that mass you removed was. I reckon that was a risky operation that i asked you to do, but you did it. I can't thank you enough . You should have your own Super Vet tv series 😊
