Niot impressed changing medication no advance warning caused my dog be very stressed for cheaper option not suitable. Manager no empathy not helpful to satisfy complaint.

I am very pleased to have registered with AAS Vets and have visited both the Hucclecote and Abbeydale surgeries with my dog. We have always been treated sensitively and with care by friendly, committed staff. The environment is clean with separate areas for cats and dogs, if needed. The availability of the emergency service has also been reassuring, with advice on offer over the phone as well as emergency after hours appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending.

I took our recently acquired rescue dog, Ziggy (we think he's a German Spitz) to AAS vets (Abbeydale, Gloucester) for a check up and asked about getting his teeth cleaned and polished. An appointment was made and he was dealt with very efficiently and promptly. He needed extensive work, including extractions. AAS kept me informed during the day, and when I picked him up his aftercare, and medication, was explained in detail. I was very impressed with all of the staff, reception, admin and veterinarian, and will continue using AAS, as I did with our previous two dogs (Jonty/Bichon and Foxy/Chihuahua).

The staff with the dogs were lovely and the vet too. However, when we no longer had the dogs and our policy cancelled someone rang to say that if we didn’t hurry up and pay then the debt collectors would be in touch. A little harsh I thought as it was the first call regarding the outstanding balance!! Glad we don’t have to use them any more.
