I find South Moor Vets to be an excellent practice with caring staff. The vet that Sully saw goes the extra mile with her expertise & understanding of animals. She made arrangements to help with his anxiety at the practice. Thank you

I visited the surgery today with Charlie, my 11 year old cat. Vet Emily handled my semi feral puss superbly with empathy and gentleness. The options were clearly explained to me and a treatment plan decided upon. Charlie went home happy and relaxed. Thank you Emily.

I am a protective pet owner & do get upset when dealing with my dog’s illness or injury. I need things to be explained, with compassion & kindness. Some of the vets & nurses have been fabulous & some of the reception staff too.

We have always had excellent care at the Ivybridge branch of South Moor Veterinary Practice the staff are kind caring but most of all approachable, they go out of their way to accommodate our dogs needs, even staying behind after clinic to fit Betty in when she had a problem with her eye! To quote the response I got from Sophie when I called “Eyes are very precious ! “ That is exactly the response you need . The team have always gone above and beyond to help with any problem with our dogs, even coming to our house when it was time to help our beloved Ruby cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge . Expertise, Kindness, Care , Compassion is the best description of the Vets and All the Staff at South Moor Veterinary Practice.

Pleasant and helpful reception staff once again. Our two ex-rescue Cockers would be a challenge for most vets, but in Mark’s care they are so much calmer and accepting of his handling. A great all-round service from this practice!

He adores Emily our vet & Emily adores him so it is always a pleasant experience. ( Although very Expensive) Sadly but if you have a dog you have to expect this if look after & care for them.
