Our cockapoo suffered a ruptured ACL back in February and we were referred to TV by our local vets. From the first contact on the phone with the receptionist to the post op sign off by Dr Beecroft, they couldn’t have been more supportive, caring or compassionate. It’s an absolutely first class practice run by consummate professionals who all deliver an exceptional service. Totally brilliant.

The worst vet practice ever but I knew that anyway and it was only out of sheer desperation that I had to take my five year old Birman to have his claws clipped as I couldn’t get to Brackley because of road works. The nurse or nursing assistant took him off and came back within five minutes saying that he bites and scratches and therefore could only do one paw at the cost of £6.00. I said to her what about the other three paws to which she told me to bring him back when he was quieter. My cat has always had his claws clipped professionally without any problems. For him to have behaved in such a way (assuming it’s true) he must have been really roughed up and reacted accordingly. It shows once again their unprofessional attitude towards small domestic pets and the untrained staff they continue to employ. I left this practice twenty three years ago after they had destroyed three of my pets and would have done the same to my cat Pickle which this vet decided should be put down (his words) I took my kitten home and nursed her around the clock for six weeks and she survived till three months shire of her twentieth birthday. This practice is for farm animals and I suggest they stick to that as they are ill equipped professionally or emotionally to deal with cats or dogs. I shall NEVER go to this practice ever again! Dreadful dreadful place. My cat was left quite traumatised by his experience as he has a very sweet sensitive nature and not used to being roughed up!

Top vets. We use for both small animal and farm animals and they are always so professional , kind and compassionate and turn out with no fuss or delay for the farm animals a. Very fair and reasonable pricing too. I really rate them

I strongly advise against this veterinarian. Every visit feels like a waste of time and money because they don’t actually treat your pet. They only cover up the symptoms. If your cat vomits, they just give a shot and send it home. The vet on duty seems completely bored with having to help animals. They charge a fortune and do absolutely nothing useful. If you really want to TREAT your pet, go to another veterinarian.

I was looking after my son's dog who became unwell. They saw him within 40 minutes. He was diagnosed and prescribed by a very friendly, professional and caring team. Thank you!

Really impressed. They are very professional and caring. Our dog had an operation and the care was exemplary. Far better than vet experiences, where we lived before. Would recommend.
