Susan was very kind, compassionate and patient with my French bulldog. He can be anxious around vets but she reassured him and took the time to get to know him and relax him before attempting to get a blood sample from him. The results were back the next day too! Susan is highly knowledge and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We met Susan for the first time today, we live in Kent and travelled to Warsash, having had zoom calls and text messages over the past year with her. She has been treating Boo for Epilepsy and a skin allergy and he has made very good progress. She is kind, caring and very dedicated. Our local vet was happy to refer Boo to Susan at our request. I didn't want Boo to have conventional medication for the rest of his life to treat his epilepsy. Susan is treating him with a combination of homeopathy and herbal medicine. I feel very blessed to have found her for Boo.

Susan is an absolute star! My 14-year-old ridgeback Biba and I have been visiting since last year. Susan has been supporting Biba with liver, heart & arthritis issues reducing the number of pharmaceuticals she had been taking considerably, instead using herbs and acupuncture. Susan is very tuned in to both K9 and owner, recognising that my beloved is a sensitive soul and providing treatment to accommodate her needs. Biba loves to visit Susan and is very chilled out with her, which is a lovely way to support her in her latter years.

Our GSD (Gabby) was diagnosed with Degenerative myelopathy in July 2020. For those of you who know of this disease it is a one-way trip! Over the next 8 months, she was treated by Susan. The difference that Susan made was that Gabby was pain free and we believe that Susan's treatments of Acupuncture and Laser allowed her to stave off this disease for longer than being untreated. Susan was gentle, and Gabby relaxed quickly when being treated by her. I would, without question, recommend Susan Andresier to treat your animal.

My 9 1/2 year old labrador was diagnosed with arthritis 2 years ago. Since having treatment with Susan, his mobility has significantly improved and he has his spark back again. Susan has such a kind, gentle, reassuring manner and an incredibly calming presence, that I benefit from the sessions as much as my dog does! Her help and advice in all areas of my dogs health has been valuable. Highly recommended.
