  Hi everyone, I have a dog called Henry a bichon freeze. It was not very well. I took him to another vet and they were absolute rubbish. I’m not going to name them but they are in Whitefield. You can guess who it is. I turned up on Friday without an appointment With Henry who is in quite a distressed state and they saw to him immediately. I cannot say how happy I am with the service . All I can say is they are brilliant. The other vet would not do his anal glands as they were frightened of being bit cowards. At the practice I went to today they were so honest and upfront they sorted it out straight away they did his anal glands They said it was very unusual that two were infected. They even gave me the antibiotics and painkillers and the cost was very very reasonable. All I can say is I would highly recommend this vet to anyone especially agi She was absolutely brilliant. All I wanted to do was give her a big hug for helping me all I can say is a big Thank you,

  The service was absolutely excellent. The doctor was very kind, professional, and paid close attention to every aspect of my pet’s condition. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment plan. It was easy to book a consultation, and the whole process from diagnosis to treatment was smooth and well organised. You can really feel that she genuinely cares about animals and treats them with patience and compassion. Thank you very much for your help and dedication. I truly appreciate the support and would highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone who wants their pet to be in safe, caring hands.

  I would like to highly recommend AgiVet. My cat Asura was exceptionally well cared for, and from the very beginning I felt she was in safe, professional, and truly compassionate hands. She received the correct treatment and medication, all provided with great knowledge and attention. What really stood out to me was the support during an emergency situation. Even though it was a Sunday and the clinic was officially closed, Agnieszka opened the clinic for us without any hesitation and took care of Asura immediately. Everything was handled calmly, professionally, and completely without any problems. I could always rely on her and she stayed in constant contact with me, which gave me huge reassurance at a very stressful time. Agnieszka has outstanding qualifications, is incredibly helpful, and above all, genuinely loving and kind towards animals. You can truly feel how much she cares. I am deeply grateful for the care Asura received and would wholeheartedly recommend AgiVet to anyone looking for a vet they can fully trust.

  Our office dog Ivy has been cared for by Aga and the rest of the team for the past five years, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They have supported us with everything from guidance for the paperwork for her chip and passport from Spain to her spaying surgery, vaccinations, and a couple of minor issues along the way. They are always kind, professional, and truly treat Ivy like one of their own. We highly recommend them
