  Our dog woke up with a badly swollen Jaw and was not herself. Got her booked in at Beech House vets who checked her over and found a broken tooth and suspected jaw fracture! They rang and spoke to Emma the Clincal Director who organised an X Ray and opened a spot for surgery if needed for the Very Next day at Regans Park Vets! I was rang that night By Emma who explained everything that would need to be done and would happen which helped put my mind at ease. The next day at my agreed appointment time I arrived and was spoken to by Emma who checked over my dog and again explained everything to me. I was kept informed on what went on and picked Elsie up that night. Less than 24hrs after going in with what turned out to be a cracked tooth and a broken Jaw and having surgery we have a dog that shows no sign that anything happened! She is bk to her normal self. I can't that the team here enough. I would highly highly recommend this Vets. From the receptionist to the surgeons they can't care enough about your pet. From somebody who has never had to deal with a vet other than check ups they put my mind totally at ease, explained everything clearly and thoroughly and the speed in which they did everything was amazing.

  was reffered to this vet by my own vet to obtain an AHC contacted them and they told me thier diary was not open yet for december and they would ring with price and appointment. rang them today to be told that it is now too late and the holiday i had booked is not going to take place. a poor service and claims they tried to contact me on a phone that never leaves my side and is on 24/7 as i am always on call for work, really poor service and very let down. i will be telling my own vet who is part of thier "group" would not reccomend at all i would give no stars if allowed. reccomend finding someone who provides better service

  I moved my dog over to this vets at a really stressful time with the bully ban coming into place. I was already at a vets who recommended these for her neutering so it could be done keyhole. After the care she recieved and the confidence I had that she would be looked after I switched her over and have been coming ever since. She's just had to have another op which again I feel she was well looked after, information & options given to me were clear and she was booked in quickly. They have called with results when they said they would and again the info on the calls have been well explained and not rushed, all by the same vet that has dealt with the issue from me first taking her to be seen. As a bully owner I've seen her be treated different and avoided for no reason but they treat her like a normal dog here like she should be. Highly recommend.

  This has been an outstanding visit to regans vetternarian clinic, we phoned regarding a sticky eye problem our sharpie had developed, the reception staff was very polite and booked us in on a Saturday we was seen by clinician Jessica she's absolutely brilliant, very proffessional extremely polite and made us all very relaxed and comfortable, she found the issue in our dogs eyes immediately and prescribed the right medication for our Lillys eyes it was a pleasure dealing with Jessica and the reception staff and they are highly recommended and the prices was very reasonable overall, excellent customer service proffessional and very caring staff and a relaxing atmosphere we will be bringing all our animals to this practice from now on, A⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s 👍

  We brought in our beloved cat Henry yesterday. The staff were lovely and the vet was AMAZING. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for being so kind and caring. We really appreciate it so much. Even Henry was calm and normally she’s very fiesty. Highly recommend ❤️
