Visited here today for a second opinion after I went to another vets and was told my cat needed to be sedated to have his lungs biopsied and x-rayed for having a cough. My cat Prince was seen by Neel who was so reassuring, knowledgeable and clearly cared. Me and my flatmate left feeling clued in on what could possibly be wrong, were offered options (antibiotics vs blood test), and were super happy with their service. You can tell they really care about pets and aren't in it for the money, unlike other places! I would recommend anyone to go here, especially those with cats. My cat was as calm as he could be at the vets! Thank you Neel and the rest of the team, we will be returning ♡

This was my first time taking my pet to see a vet since moving to the UK. I found this clinic through Google Maps reviews, which spoke very highly of their service quality, and that’s how I was fortunate to meet Doctor Alex, who treated my cat, Bor Chee having previously experienced overcharging back in Hong Kong, I now always ask for a clear explanation and quotation before making an appointment. Doctor Alex was very respectful of this there were no unexpected extra charges, only professional advice and recommendations. My cat underwent a teeth extraction. Doctor Alex carefully considered the potential impact of removing certain teeth and made decisions that would minimize any negative effects on Bor Chee’s future quality of life. I’m very grateful that he truly puts the pets’ well-being first and avoids causing them unnecessary pain. Bor Chee was at his weakest on the day of the surgery, but the clinic arranged a follow-up phone call to check on his condition, and also scheduled a check-up with Doctor Alex two days later to monitor the healing. The surgery was very successful, and the wound healed quickly. Doctor Alex’s suturing skills are excellent very neat and precise 👍 I would also like to thank Nurse Tracy for patiently explaining the procedure and post-surgery care. She even prepared a written care guide for me to take home. I’m very happy that my first veterinary experience in the UK went so smoothly. The environment at Vets for Pets Manchester Fort is clean and well organized, with transparent pricing. The doctors and nurses are outstanding and highly professional 👍

I took my Patterdale Terrier for his yearly check up and Booster jabs with Neel at Pets for Vets. We were greeted by Kim, the Practice Manager and had a very warm welcome. Neel was very thorough in his examination of Teddy in fact so much so that Ted was so relaxed I thought he had fallen asleep. I was given some really good advice on Ted's day to day care and I couldn't have wished for a nicer experience or better trestment. Thank you Manchester Fort Vets for Pets for the excellent care you gave my dog.

We couldn't ask for a better service. Our dog Beanie had an emergency and was seen promptly after just an hour from calling the practice. Alex has been very professional and reassuring, making sure I fully understood Beanie's symptoms and taking time to read with me and explain the values in the blood test. He then proposed a couple of options on what to do next, and I am glad we decided to have Beanie on day hospital where he was very well looked after while he was feeling poorly. A follow up call from the clinic the day after was also so appreciated and showed that the staff truly care for the pets. The clinic is spotless and the waiting area comfortable and welcoming which are all a plus! Definitely recommended if you are looking for someone you can fully trust with your pet's health.

We recently said goodbye to our beautiful Bella, and I wanted to thank the team for the kindness and sensitivity they showed throughout such a heartbreaking time. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff treated Bella with dignity and compassion. When we went to collect her ashes, we were overwhelmed to find that they had also taken her paw prints, nose print, and a small lock of her fur. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that meant more to us than words can express. We were too emotional to properly thank you in person, but please know that your care and gentleness made an unbearable moment a little easier. Thank you for everything you did for Bella and for us.

Took my 7 year old Bichon, Shaun. The best vets I have been to! Alex saw him for a consultation. Absolutely amazing with Shaun, who is usually nervous at vets and made it a really good experience for him. The practise is immaculate and staff are lovely and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Vets for Pets Manchester Fort is by far the best vets in and around Manchester City Centre. Vets for Pets Manchester Fort is actually located within the Pets at Home store on the upper floor. The team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Alex who is both the vet and owner is probably the best vet we have taken our Max to see. He is very knowledgable and we can see he genuinely cares about the animals in front of him, Max's tail didn't stop wagging the entire time we were in with Alex. We have been really impressed with Max's care and cannot recommend Vets for Pets Manchester Fort enough.
