Good when you can get a hold of them but no website, no email, no way to leave a message and have them call you back. You have to call over and over and hope sombody picks up or spend a lot of time going there in person. Its frustrating as a customer. Please consider fixing this as otherwise this is a good practice that has treated by dog well. Sadly i've had to change vets because of the difficulty contacting this practice. The phones don't work and there are no other ways to contact them which doesnt work especially since my dog now requires more advanced care. Its a shame because they were good with her but if I can't contact the vet when theres a serious problem it just wont work. I hope they eventually update their communication systems.

Lady I spoke with was very helpful to start with and gave us an appointment. After her finding out our dog was an XL Bully she was incredibly rude, refused an appointment and put the phone down me. Awful women.

Took my dog to this vets as he kept collapsing. Took him back multiple times they told me he was fine and needed tablets for a cough. He died 2 weeks later!!! Will never be taking my future pets here. Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star!

Needed an emergency vet appointment in the Glossop area today - Ashdale Vets were fantastic. Our pup had a severe reaction to a bee sting and we were worried about her airways constricting. Ashdale accepted us at the door, treated Mabel immediately, and she's settling up at home much better this afternoon. Staff were lovely - reassuring us and great with our pup. Thank you so much!

So impressed with the team. Very caring and supportive throughout, took my dog in to be treated immediately when she got a piece of stick stuck in her mouth. She came home same day and the followup care was superb. And lastly a very reasonable bill. Fabulous practice 👍

Outstanding, caring and compassionate. Saw me immediately after my little baby has a serious accident. I can’t praise highly enough, went above and beyond to care for my little girl. She is home now recovering ❤️🩹 emergency surgery and full aftercare. Best veterinarian care for miles around.

Lovely caring staff upfront with the prices and what treatment to have when needed. Treat your pet as there own
