If you love your little animals and expect the very best care for them, I’d avoid here! I regret ever even phoning them, let alone actually letting them treat my puppy. My wee 11 week old puppy went here for her vaccinations as the receptionist assured me she would be vaccinated with the Versican brand. I only went here because they assured me they used this brand. After getting her vaccines, we looked at the card and the vet had injected with a completely different brand. My little puppy ended up in an out of hours emergency vet due to an allergic reaction. The management and staff have been dismissive and rude throughout the process and due to a wrong vaccine being given, my puppy now has to completely restart her vaccines! So it’ll be another 10 weeks before she can go for even a short walk! I was told lies clearly on the phone when asking if they do the same vaccine and the vet willingly injected with a different brand, even though he was given her vaccine card before starting! I wouldn’t attend here again if they were the only vets left open!

Best vets I know in Banbridge. We’ve been taking our dog here for four years and the staff are kind, compassionate and professional. We’re happy to recommend them to others.

I can't put in to words how grateful I am to all of the veterinary staff for helping my senior dog so quickly and properly diagnosing her when I needed a second opinion. They treated her so quickly when I registered her here by letting me bring her on the day of registration. They've been totally amazing beyond words and so compassionate. She definitely seems more settled and content now after the treatment she needed. I honestly feel like they listened to me and saved her life. Thank you so much because although it's a busy practice, they still listen and have value for the needs of our beloved pets and put them first.

Definitely the best vets in Banbridge. We've been going to Pet vets for 16 years with our cat, Nimbus. They are always incredibly kind and gentle with her, particularly as she gets extremely anxious when we have to take her in. Test results are always super quick and the vets are extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my hundreds of questions. Jackie & Tiffany at reception are fantastic ladies and always incredibly helpful. We cannot recommend Pet Vets highly enough and we are always so grateful for their treatment of Nimbus.

Just moved town. My fur baby hurt himself and was squealing with pain. These guys saw him as a new patient ON THE DAY!!! Andrew, our vet, was brilliant with a very very nervous little Yorkie. I'm so glad I moved, just to have been exposed to a new vet service! Simply cannot recommend enough! Thank you sooo much!!
