Absolutely brilliant. I've had animals for 26 years and have never had such good experiences with a vet surgery over the years like I get from here. Very knowledgeable. Very good at explaining the care plan for moving forward. Reception team very good. A real sense of care from all the staff. Good team effort.

Delighted with the friendly atmosphere and staff. I had to use them in an emergency last year when we sadly lost our cat. When we got our dog a few weeks ago, I registered with them immediately. They were great with him, super friendly and helpful. Email and text contact is really helpful and the follow up care is very much appreciated. Would recommend them to anyone.

Can't fault this place. Been taking my pets here since it opened. Staff are excellent. Well cared for pets when kept in for surgery. Big up for Elaine and her team.

Today I had to say goodbye to my wee cat Charlie who has been poorly since Wednesday,Hannah the vet was amazing Wednesday and today she explained the procedure,was very respectful and treated him with Dignity as did the girl assistant( didnt get her name),must mention the receptionist who was lovely and took my wishes into consideration and explained what happens next

Had our very 1st appointment this evening with my elderly husky and saw vet Hannah. What an absolute sweetheart of a lady she is! She made us feel completely at ease and explained things well. She actually paid an interest in my dog and spoke to her to put her at ease also whereas our previous vet never spoke to my dog once during consultation. So thank you Hannah for being so kind, approachable and compassionate.

Our pets are always welcomed and adored at Brannock by Elaine and her team. We always feel like they care and do their best to resolve our pets issues. I always recommend them to everyone and think they are the best at what they do.
