My cat's appointment was very quick the staff was very helpful no complaints over the price I paid had a follow up appointment a few days later to check if everything was okay would recommend them

My cat Sunny whole heartedly recommends this veterinary practice. While she sounds like a ambulance siren on her way to and from the vet’s, as soon as she is out of her cat carrier, she is reassured by the vet and let her examine her and trim her nails with no problem at all.

Never got diagnosis after £3000 spent then refused to see me after knowing my insurance limit was reached. No advice what to do next treated very poorly bad attitude from receptionist. I felt they didnt care about dog (my life) only concern was money.. avoid at all cost!!! Mervyn baird pet name tia

my dog had to have emergency surgery just before Xmas because he decided to eat half a rubber door mat( no easy task I'm sure) took him to bruton and they were amazing with him, he had x-rays and surgery we were kept up to date with each thing so we were reassured, they looked after us as well as Rocco

I think our two dogs and a cat receive(d) very thorough and professional care from Bruton Vets. They take time to explain all the options and are non-judgemental about my unwillingness to pay for some of the ‘optional’ add ins and/or my decision to postpone some procedures. They were particularly sensitive around the end of life decision for our cat.

I’ve had both of my cats registered with Bruton vets and the end of life care provided by them for my first was absolutely outstanding. My newest edition is a rare breed cat, Rosy and Charlotte have always provided the most brilliant service, I always feel confident in their advice and wouldn’t register anywhere else! The reception team and nurses are absolutely lovely too. Thank you Bruton vets😊
