  I would highly recommend this vets practice to everyone, the staff are all very professional and their premises is spotless. I have been with them over a year and always had an excellent service from them. From Camella, Liz Maria and Andy they all go above and beyond.Why… I have a Chihuahua ( no apologies) they all love her there which even I know can be very difficult at times, some would say all of the time. Her nails grow quickly which means every month or two they need cutting. This stressful for all concerned especially poor Liz who usually has to cut them, the last time she had to be sedated. I left her early this morning for a nail cut To my surprise Carmella rang me 40 mins later to say that they had cut her nails NO sedation I was amazed, I still am, especially as Carmella said she was very good. But it does go to prove that they care more about the animal and NOT about the money. I was pleased she did not need sedating Thank you all especially Carmella for literally going the extra mile.

  Care Vets couldn’t be more aptly named. My interactions have been with Liz, Maria and Camella, who are very professional with big hearts. They’re so caring for my 15 year old cat 🧡Nothing is too much trouble and the venue is so warm and welcoming. Sadly my cat needs a lot of treatment due to his age but with all the help and support from this team, it’s made a whole lot better. So pleased I changed vets this year. Thank you so much for all that you do

  Was so pleased with the treatment they gave to my cat 2 weeks ago . She had a very nasty bite they said she needed to come back to be sedated to clean her tail as if this infection had got into her bone her tale would have to be amputated. They looked after her so well . My son took her back the next day . When he picked her up they said tell your mum we owe her money as we've managed to treat her with sedation. So they were very honest as well . Thank you for looking after my girls so well .

  Bella came to you on Tuesday for her booster vaccinations and yet again she was treated with kindness by your friendly knowledgeable staff. You are Bella's go-to vets now, without a doubt.

  Our chihuahua had to have her eye removed.maria did a fantastic job healed lovely our girl actually loves going wags her tail as soon as she knows she's there and camela on reception is kovely ao is the other girl who is also a nurse def 5 star treatment

  I can’t thank Care Vets enough for the incredible care they gave my dog, Ruby, during her last visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated her with such kindness and gentleness—it was clear they truly care about the animals they see. Ruby can be a little anxious at the vet, but they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and safe. A special thank you to Maria, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure Ruby got the best possible care.   We adopted Marble from Cat Protection and Care Vets did all the necessary checks and vaccinations for us. How caring and friendly were the staff. So patient with Marble and loving . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Vet's Practice to everyone. Thank you for showing such care. Well done to you all and thank you.
