Fabulous staff who take great care & attention of the animals & their humans. The owner, Carol, takes time to explain diagnosis & treatment options & has instilled strong values & a great sense of family with her team. So glad I changed.

This is a well known in the area, vet practice. I understand they specialise in small animals, or domestic pets. Currently, there is an extended wait of at least a week for ‘routine’ appointments. So if you need a routine injection or annual vaccination get it booked in plenty of time. Urgent care is a discussion with the reception desk. As a vet I’m certain they don’t want animals to suffer, so the odd emergency appointment should be available. I’ve been a customer for 36 years and have no complaints. Staff are friendly, helpful and have cared for my various cats over the years. They have even helped with coordination between treatment and insurance companies for payment. In some cases submitting the claim for me.

Took my cat in today in such short notice & managed to fit him in, couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Receptionist & vet nurse were lovely & so understanding & kept me & my cat at ease. Reasonably priced also and i definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else.
