We joined this practice as it was our closest when we moved to the area from Essex. Unfortunately we have had quite a few visits in the last 6 months due to 2 silly cats, but the staff have been fantastic. Reception always answer the phone within seconds and actually phone you back when they say they will. There are always appointments within 2-3 days, sometimes even same day! The nurses and vets are brilliant & always take the time to explain everything and answer questions. Even if the nurses are ever so slightly unsure of something they will grab a free vet for a second opinion. Prices for surgeries (in our case) were only a fraction of other big franchise vets. Big car park & big waiting area in reception with a special area for cats. Jaxon and Indi say thanks! (I'm sure you'll see plenty more of them both).

We were recently referred to DVP for a heart scan for our 12 year old Cockerpoo. Our vet for this appointment was Duncan, a calm, kind and very knowledgeable gentleman who inspired us with much confidence. Thank you to you and your team for all you did. Our dog has now been able to have her procedure locally and is back to her happy self again. 😊

I would like to thank all the staff and especially James for looking after Audrey for the last 4 years.(especially with her Jekyll and Hyde personality)! Such a lovely and friendly practice. We have now been discharged and I’m sure Audrey will continue to thrive. ❤️

I have just changed to Debenham Vets. The service is outstanding from ALL the staff. My recently adopted dog had major tooth extractions soon after his first visit. I thought the bill was very reasonable too . I most highly recommend these Vets who are independent and not owned by a corporate company .

We recently got rehomed a cat from Cyprus and were looking for recommended vets in the local area. Debenham vets were highly reviewed and it has definitely lived up to that. Every vet that our cat Loki has seen has been caring and professional. After a recent operation we felt like he was in great hands with people who are knowledgeable and cared about their job. Whenever I have had concerns about Loki‘s health, they have always been there to give advice. The rest of the team as well including the reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. If you’re ever looking for a great vet, then I definitely recommend registering with Debenham vets! Thank you for looking after Loki 😊

I was referred to this Practice from my usual Vet as my Working Cocker Finn had ingrowing eyelashes and my Vet doesn't do the operation as it's a specialist procedure. I saw one of their Ophthalmologists, who was lovely, she explained everything took a huge amount of photos, tested his eye pressure etc and said they would Operate that afternoon. So after giving him a cuddle I left him there. I picked him up at 1530 hours a little quieter than normal but very much himself. I had to take him back the following week for a post Op checkup, everything was great! I have a follow up appt in a few weeks to check if anymore have grown and will update this review then. I would not hesitate to recommend Debenham Veterinary Practice, friendly and straight talking Vets who explained things in easy to understand terms.

Sadly we lost our dog yesterday but the three vets involved, Louisa, Heather and Harriet couldn’t not have done better by her. Her care was of the highest standard and we thank you all and the lovely nurses that looked after her and for making her so comfortable at the end.
