Went here for a second opinion on a lump in my Chihuahua mouth.Amy was brilliant, explained everything they would do and gave me time to explain what I think may have caused it.Was very gentle in handling my dog and was very good in phoning me as soon as the procedure had been done and when I would be able to pick him up.Which made it easier for me,a very anxious owner. The other girls were all very pleasant. I will be using this vet in the future as my usual vet.Thak you all so much.

Great vets ,friendly staff and the prices are very reasonable. Been a customer for 15 years now . Very satisfied with the treatment my cats have received . Got a lovely card , a piece of fur and paw prints when my cat had to be put to sleep. Very compassionate and professional

Given very bad advice about a 14 year old cat,who i thought's time was up. Was advised to go to Vets now in Glasgow. He was in one week, came out worse than he went in And Died a fortnight later. All Vets now kept saying was ,we don't know what's wrong with him. I was Asked to sign consent forms But at no time was money mentioned. Then after 1 week THEY CHARGED ME£7,500 FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. EXCEPT PROLONG THE AGONY OF A DYING CAT. AND AS A RESULT OF THEM ROBBING ME BLIND I WILL BE FORCED TO SELL MY HOUSE. ALL BECAUSE I TRIED TO HELP A CAT I HAD CARED FOR AND LOVED FOR 14 YEARS. AND THERE IS NO VET OMBUDSMAN. SO THEY CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
