I couldn't ask for a better vet to look after my animals. John treats all the animals with great care and respect and is so good with them. Staff are friendly and helpful and it is always pristine in cleanliness. Highly recommend and would go nowhere else!

Brilliant vets. From the first phone call to the welcome we got as we walked in we knew we or should I say knew Otto was in safe hands. We were away from home over Xmas with our cat when he fell ill and were forth to get an emergency appointment. Over the decades of pet owning we have had the same Vets a family run business and it was so good to find the same personal expertise here. Truly felt it was all about the animal rather than profits. John was so calm as he treated Otto yet still managed to pass on lots of information about Ottos condition and what was needed. If you live in or around Minehead you are lucky to have such a super vet. And if like us you are visiting with a pet trust me you will be in good hands .

We are constant worrier's about our 2 dogs, whom incidentally absolutely love going to see John. Our oldest dog who is now 7 doesn't care if he gets his injections or a check over, he is totally at ease. Our youngest dog, 3 will drag me in through the gateway, a few sniffs around outside then he will drag me up the steps to the reception. We never have to wait long, to be seen by John. My youngest will start whining away, people have asked if he is afraid? I have the greatest pleasure in explaining to them, no our dog has heard John's voice and is demanding to see John now. Both our dog's love to see him. This practice has to be one of the best in Somerset. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Our sincere thanks to everyone at Glenmore Vets. The best in the West. Brilliant vet practice. Lovely caring staff. I was a client for about a year, having moved to them following recommendations from many other people. It was the best thing I could have done. John treated my elderly dog with care and compassion. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions fully and patiently. He was so gentle and careful when he sadly had to put my sweet old boy to sleep. Nothing was ever too much trouble for all the lovely staff at the practice and the charges were very reasonable.
