People often focus on the cost of veterinary procedures, but how can you truly put a value on your little angel being on the verge of being put down… and then running around again, healthy and enjoying life? How can you put a value on the years of study, dedication, and experience needed to perform such fine and delicate surgery so that your little girl can walk again without pain? How can you put a value on the constant care, reassurance, and support we received over more than seven months to enable our wee pet to live a pain-free life again? This is exactly what Richard and the entire Greenbay team have achieved for us, and we are beyond grateful. We still have a few more months of being mindful of Yoshi’s movements, but already we can see how much happier she is. Watching her enjoy life again is priceless. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person involved. 🐾❤️

Outsanding service. I rang today to ask for an emergency appointment for my dog and I was immediately given an appointment the same day, in a time convenient for me. Extremely professional assessment and treatment given. Highly recommended!

Well there is only one thing than going to the vets, is going to the vet and getting a massive bill. I have always found them competitively priced. That no to say that vets are cheap but, they are helpful and sincere in their help and support. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is look for a quality practice.

We have been with Greenbay Vets for about 3-4 years now, all the vets are fantastic but we especially love Jemma. We have a cat (Mr Gordon) with complex allergies but Jemma is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and makes such a positive difference every time we see her. We’re so grateful and thankful for all of Greenbay’s care, and would highly recommend their practice.

At this time of year I think of my sweet Bruno lurcher who found his forever home with me and his new sister Rosie. He was racing in fields for the first time and loving bedtime in my giant bed. He wasn't used to freedom and a bit clumsy he had an unfortunate accident in the woods chasing his sister. I will never forget the way Richard and Donna helped him and me. I had the heartbreaking but right decision to let him go as I didn't feel more surgery would have helped save him. Richard agreed but was so concerned he went to the trouble of examining him post mortem to see if we could have fixed him...we couldn't and Richard phoned me back to reassure me I had made the right decision. There's no way he needed to do that. His attitude and professionalism will stay with me. We must all remember they are animals with short lifespans and we must make responsible decisions for their benefit not our human emotions.

Greenbay are by far the best vets I have ever used. From the huge wealth of knowledge contained in their fantastic team, to the amazing facilities they have, ones which John and Laura keep investing in, to the absolutely amazing team of staff, they are incredible. My dogs (and me!) are treated literally like one of the family and my two dogs love going to the ‘doctor’ as they know they will get snuggles and biscuits. When my beautiful boy got sick last year, with a terminal heart tumour, all the vets would take my calls with my sometimes out there ideas for treatments and things we could try, whilst still being kind and sympathetic to the shock I felt at his diagnosis. They were so genuine and supportive when he finally passed. Highly recommend if you need a vet for any of your animals needs

The only reason I am not giving a five star is due to the awfully rude reception lady called sue, she needs some serious training in customer service. Just called tonight and spoke with a lovely polite friendly kind warm girl, I didn’t get her name, was about to start looking for another vet, after a WhatsApp encounter with sue, but as long as I don’t have the misfortune of coming across sue again I’ll stay, it’s a shame she lets your team down as the practise is clean and the vets are lovely, sue on the other hand, needs to be back office and not customer facing I feel.
