Lingfield Equine Vets - Felbridge

I just wanted to express a huge thanks to Celia at Lingfield Vets, yesterday we had our beloved mare, Bekki, put to sleep and Celia made it as nice as it could have been, she was calm, kind & compassionate and explained everything throughly every step of the way. Although it was an incredibly difficult decision to make, I didn't once feel rushed or judged and was given every single option available. I can't thank Celia enough and every single staff member who helped care for Bekki over the years ❤️

My horse and I had a nasty fall. I had to call the emergency vet and wasn’t much help due to a concussion and broken pelvis. Lara was incredible, she spoke slowly so that I could understand and was very sweet to my boy. Lara was still helping me with advice for days after the accident. I can not put into words how incredible is was. Thank you so much 🥰

Lovely vets who are not only professional and extremely knowledgeable but are also kind, caring, compassionate and supportive.

Always helpful kind and empathetic when my horses are not well. A cup of tea is always waiting for me when I have a trip in house with the lovely Cookie ! Nickie, rachel, Lauren and all the staff are always welcoming I don’t know we’re I would be with my horses without all of their care a real team effort.

Lingfield vets have been Amazing with my horse , I can’t fault them at all, Kate especially is kind, caring and knows how my horses brain works and how to get the best from him. Thank you all to the team.

Always super helpful and love Lucy the vet. Cant remember the nurse I had out with the vet but she was also a lovely young lady. Both super supportive when dealing with a very silly horse that had cut open her forehead and and nearly ripped her ear off. Lucy gave me her mobile number and was supportive through the while healing process and what a great surgeon, cant even see anything now all healed up, as if it never happened. Thank you to all

So ridiculously overpriced. And they ordered my prescription three weeks later than I asked and as a result wasn’t covered under my insurance because I changed companies and the illness was diagnosed with the old insurance company and treatment supplied in the new company’s insurance term. Poor customer service and response times to ‘resolve’ the matter and absolutely no concern shown for costing me £600 for a treatment I later found is available at £250. Needless to say I’ve changed vets
