We are relatively new to Lisburn Vets, having previously been with another practice for many years, but their pricing had become completely unreasonable. I contacted Lisburn Vets for a second opinion regarding a suspected ruptured ACL, and the service we received was outstanding. The vet (Christine) took the time to clearly explain the investigations required to confirm the diagnosis, along with the associated costs and potential next steps. Although any animal surgery is expensive, we had a thorough discussion about all available options and what would be best for our dog. The process was handled efficiently—he was admitted and operated on in no time. We also met the surgeon (Michael), who personally carried out the follow-up review to ensure everything was healing properly. Rehabilitation took around four months, but the results have been fantastic. He is now pain-free and back to his energetic, playful self. All of the staff in the practice have been wonderful to deal with throughout. Highly recommended

Made an appointment online on a Saturday morning and seen on time. Great way to make an appointment. Excellent service from a very professional and very caring vet who gave my dog a great deal of time and effort. At a time when vets sometimes are getting a bad name, I can absolutely say that this is not the case with Lisburn vets. Very happy that my dogs are getting the best.

Brought our wee dog Phoebe here when we were staying with family and she was unwell and we weren’t close to our local vets. We got a quick appointment and the best care. Every member of staff was so lovely, the care was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Thankfully Phoebe is feeling a lot better, Thank-you so much!

We were in the unfortunate circumstances yesterday where we had to say goodbye to Poppy our King Charles Cavalier. The staff here have been excellent over the last 18 months when she first took cancer. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area with a pet.

An absolutely wonderful place. At all times my little one was made to feel welcomed and safe. All the staff, from those on the desk to the vets themselves, were nothing but helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us on our visit. A great clinic and one I am happy to highly recommend to anyone.
