Recently diagnosed dog diabetes needed to get caninsulin . Looked at google and found Farmvetsupplies . Phoned and spoke with vet who walked me through the process regarding the prescription and supply .i was so reassured I went onto their website and ordered. Twenty two hours later the insulin was in my fridge. Will now use every time

I am so highly delighted with the help and support I received recently, from my initial enquiries to liaison with my vet in England, sourcing the product, getting it to me with notifications and explanations every step of the way. This has meant my ewes can visit the tup this year instead of going to slaughter. Customer service was outstanding especially thanks to Elaine and will be my go to vets in future. Thank you so much.

First rate service. First time I used them for a prescription product and they were quick and fairly priced too. For delivery I choose Special Delivery by Royal Mail which is a gamble I know but it worked out fine. Packaging was very professional and suitable for the product as it had to be kept cool so top marks. I will definitely be back next time. Thanks again.

My husband found this little gem whilst looking on Google for Caninsulin for our dog. Our usual supplier and others in England were out of stock. I phoned and spoke with a lovely lady who advised that they deliver to Hertfordshire England. I found the whole experience to register and place the order very easy. I received email with updates which I don't get with my normal supplier. I will 💯 be using Farm Vet Supplies for my next order for Dave the dog insulin. This is the second time I have used Farm Vet Supplies as the item I wanted was not available in my area. On both occasions the item was in stock and competitively priced. Communications are superb, giving regular and personal updates of the order status. The item I ordered needed to be kept refrigerated, which meant that next day delivery was essential. The care taken with packaging to maintain temperature was phenomenal, with plenty of insulation and a chiller block that was still mostly frozen on delivery. An outstanding and highly recommended supplier.

Website very clear and easy to navigate. Very easy to upload copy of prescription and clear instructions on where to send paper copy to. Communication was excellent throughout. My order needed to be kept refrigerated so it was sent on a 24hr service, in a polystyrene box with extra insulation and a cool pack inside. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely be using them for all my future orders. Derek
