Moorgate, although we hadn't used them before, sent out a vet at very short notice to our dog Rosie who was at the end of her long life. The Vet was kind and compassionate with both us, and most importantly, Rosie. They even sent a sympathy card with a little packet of flower seeds, which we both thought was a lovely touch. When I asked for the bill some weeks later (I was concerned that they'd forgotten) it was extremely reasonable, especially for such great service. Recommended.

Stein came to see my elderly pony and was pragmatic, professional and kind in dealing with her. We made the decision to end her life and it was done quickly and calmly. Thank you

We were away in Lustleigh over new year when our dog unfortunately became quite unwell with diarrhoea and vomiting. We called on the evening of new year's day and were advised we could monitor him or bring him in to be seen. The on call vet there was great with our dog and treated him as needed. Very impressed with the service they provide, thank you!
