World class vetinary surgeon with the human touch. After doing my research and speaking to William on the phone I was more than happy to go with NOAH to do the surgery on Otis. William came highly recommended from a friend who had surgery completed on his Dog. What impressed me from the start was the personal approach. William took the time to phone me personally and discuss his recommendations. Following the surgery William did the same I was very impressed with this approach. Even more impressive was the surgery that William did on my Dog innovative and with very little scaring. From the very first moment I spoke to William in person on the day of the surgery I was made to feel comfortable and I knew that Otis was in safe hands.
